CAIR South Florida is pleased to invite you to this amazing event, featuring Dr. John Esposito, "America's Preeminent Scholar on Islam," and Director of Georgetown University's Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding. This event will launch a year-long public education campaign across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
The purpose: to provide the public-at-large with accurate information about worldwide Muslim public opinion to dispel stereotypes about Islam & the"Muslim World." To do this, we shall distribute copies of the DVD "What a Billion Muslims Think" to libraries, universities, and public officials within the three counties; additionally, we are planning to host additional screening/discussions across the three counties.
